Fundraising

Chair: Melissa Maxwell

Fundraising is done for a variety of reasons.  Our fundraising projects are an effort to support the organizations in the Chippewa Valley that work towards eradicating hunger in the Chippewa Valley.  In this dynamic team we look for creative, passionate and dedicated individuals ready to advocate for fun and unique fundraising events and ideas.

Membership

Chairs: Cassie Burcaw and Alyssa Sturz

Our members are what keep us all together, this team engages our current and potential Rotarians during and outside of meetings.  Some regularly responsibilities include.

  • Regularly recognizing members for their achievements

  • Keeping members involved in club projects and activities

  • Maintaining diversity of club members and job classification

  • Evaluating and Measuring membership goals

Public Relations

Chair: N/A

Our Public Relations team is responsible for our public image, through social media, local media, website, and marketing materials.  PR promotes the clubs membership, service projects and fundraising events.  Below are ways the PR team will increase awareness of club activities:

  • PR adheres to the Rotary International marketing materials and rules

  • Media Relations

  • Utilizing Social Media outlets

  • External Relations with organizations

  • Conscious of new trends in media

Service

Chair: Sara Grana

Rotary International is known for Service Above Self.  The After Hours Rotary Club values service in our local and surrounding communities, with monthly service projects.  Our overall goal is to assist with Hunger in the Chippewa Valley, though we assist with many different organizations.  We empower our members to go out in the community and advocate for change and goodwill.
